My stay at Huay Kaew Palace 1 Hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was ideal, making it easy to travel around Chiang Mai. However, I found the rooms a bit outdated and didn't appreciate the lack of cleaning services. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room felt a bit tired and outdated. I even found ants in the room at one point (not the best surprise!). It really could use a refresh as the pictures online didn't seem to reflect the actual state of the hotel.
